June 2003

After seven months of study, I become a National Winner in the 2003 Auditions of the National Guild of Piano Teachers.

Begins Cello Lessons

July 2003

I begin Cello lessons with Jennifer Goss, a lecturer in cello at the Colburn School of Performing Arts in Los Angeles, a member of the Pacific Symphony in Costa Mesa, CA, and a graduate of the Vienna Academy of Music.

Music Teachers' Association of California (MTAC)

November 2003

I perform at the Fall Workshop Recital for MTAC (Glendale branch) where I win the grand prize in their "Practice for Fund" by practicing the most hours and raising the most money.
